Within each FIRST Tech Challenge group are positions or teams. Here, you will learn how the Cyber Hawks carry out this action, however it varies for each team. The Cyber Hawks are made up of four primary teams. these teams include the Business Team, Build Team, Programming Team, and the s The Cyber Hawks cannot function without these roles and groups!

Divisions and what They Do
Each team is split up into various divisions. They are only present so that each team can be better organized. For example, someone can be on the Build Team but not build the robot. They can be in the CAD division, which means they make a 3D design of what the robot could be. So while they are not hands-on with the robot, they are still on the build team. Every team has its own division; all of this is done to make sure the teams are organized and everyone has a place to fit in.
